I have been performing EFT for a couple of years, I have purchased many programs to tap to and followed many guides on scripting but could never really make the connection between scripting and my own problems. I first came across EFT after my own unsuccessful experience with conventional therapy. In fact I spent several months with a psychologist in an attempt to overcome the sudden and crippling effects of panic attacks which were brought on from the stress of an experience.
The psychologist eventually told me that the best I could do was to learn to live with this condition; but how does one live with panic attacks?
Eventually I discovered EFT and I was able to completely overcome and resolve the panic attacks. I did however experience huge problems with Personal Scripting and the Clinical approach that seems to overshadow it. Until discovering a way in which I could approach the creation of Personal Scripts without having to think about EFT.
From those very early days I have gone on to train and become an EFT Practitioner, and throughout his time I have shown this unique method of script creation to both clients and peers, and I am now ready to share it with you.
One question that has arisen time and time again throughout the past decade as I have shared this method with individuals: "does this really work, it can't be that simple?"...
